The  Lovrin Equine Ltd  stabling facilities include  27 acres  of substantial four rail, 4ft-3ins high post and rail fenced paddocks, all with self-filling mains piped water troughs and electric top-rail inset fence protection ropes. Home paddocks are harrowed, rolled and fertilised seasonally as appropriate, as well as regularly picked or swept clean of horse droppings. Paddocks are rested in rotation, treated for weeds and checked for ragwort at regular intervals, and both large bale haylage and traditional small bale hay are home produced.


The all new  Lovrin Equine Ltd  indoor stables  facility is purpose built and well ventilated, and includes both wide corridors and exceptionally spacious loose boxes. These  12ft by 14ft loose boxes  are constructed of premier quality  Loddon 'Leicester'  stable partitions,  each with yoke top sliding doors, drop down yoke infill panels, sloped floors fitted with multi-directional free-draining rubber matting, self-filling water drinkers, and externally accessed partition mounted feed mangers and hayracks.


There is a newly installed  Monarch 'Consort Plus'   five horse covered horse walker, with a 6ft-6ins wide walkway paved with thick rubber brickettes for maximum possible impact absorption, and which includes rubber linings to waist height on both inner and outer fences for extra protection of horses from injury.


There is also  Lovrin's  20 metre by 40 metre   All Weather, All Year Round Turn Out Area  immediately adjacent the stable facilities, and, curtesy of the neighbouring Queenholme eventing operation both an indoor school and a very large outdoor jumping arena are available by arrangement at an approximate distance of 1,000 yards from the livery barn.

Extra large 13ft by 25ft Foaling Boxes  are also potentially available as and when required, as are Indoor Covered Yards  with horse friendly feed fences which can serve as crew yards, or which can be used to provide light loose exercise during intemporate weather conditions.
